Description |
Promiseland
Grades K-5
Sundays
9:40 - 10:40 am
in Fellowship Hall |
The focus of Promiseland is to guide children in a growing relationship with
Jesus and with one another. Our time is separated into small group interaction,
large group instruction, and worship. The curriculum at present is FaithWeavers
by Group which centers on a Bible point from scripture, a key verse, and
application to life. A “parent connect” paper provides daily challenges for
children and discussion helps for parents to reinforce the Bible point and
application to living.

SonShine Club
Grades 1-3
October - May
Wednesdays
5:00 - 6:30 pm
in Fellowship Hall |
It is a time of being, learning, and eating together. Our purpose is to help the
children along the journey of building a closer relationship with Jesus, to know
His love, and to spend time in some activities in a relaxed atmosphere that will
help build friendships with the other children. The activities are tailored
especially to meet the needs of the first, second, and third graders.

Kid's Church
Grades K-5
Sundays
During 2nd service |
Kids Church is held each Sunday
during the 2nd service. All children in kindergarten, first, second,
third, fourth, and fifth grade are invited to Kid’s Church. At Kids
Church an adult leader and their helpers will provide a time of focus on
Biblical principles and stories and the application of God’s truths to daily
living. The atmosphere will be respectful, friendly, and relational with one
another and with God. Children are instructed to leave the sanctuary
following our worship in song. They will return to the sanctuary and connect
with parents at the close of the 2nd service. Please contact Paul Hosler, Director of Children’s Ministries, with any communication needs at
phosler@ephratabrethren.org or 733-1229. |
